VTR-265 Storage Lien Form

STO members have reported several issues with the processing of the VTR-265 Storage Lien Form over the years.  This is due to the various tax offices having different interpretations and processes in place.

 

We are working to minimize the problems we have with the processing of this form.  If you have had a recent problem in getting a VTR-265 form processed at your local tax office, would you please email us with the details of the issue?
